Who we are

Offsider Travel Co. is a trading name of Sean Thomsen Pty Ltd (ABN: [INSERT ABN]). We run small-group hosted trips, starting with The Samui Six. You can contact us at seanonshift@gmail.com.

What we collect

• When you pay a deposit: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and your full name as it appears on your passport. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and are not seen or stored by us.
• When you contact us: your name, email address and the message you send.
• When you sign up for the free book or updates: your email address.
• When you book: anything you tell us that is relevant to your trip, such as dietary requirements, medical conditions or accessibility needs.
• When you visit the website: basic technical and analytics information collected by our website host, Squarespace, which may include cookies.

Why we collect it

• To take your booking, run the trip and meet the requirements of our suppliers.
• To answer your questions and keep in touch about your booking.
• To send you the free book and occasional updates about Offsider trips, if you asked for them.
• To keep records of payments and bookings.

Who we share it with

We share your details only as needed to deliver the trip and run the business:

• Suppliers such as the accommodation, transport and activity operators, only as required to deliver your trip.
• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Squarespace, which hosts this website.
• The email service we use to send the book and updates.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Some of these providers, and suppliers in Thailand, may store or process information outside Australia.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and to keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires.
